Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, live events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Insurance
All packages are insured through USPS up to $100.
For orders exceeding $100, additional shipping insurance must be purchased to cover the full value of the order. If additional insurance is not purchased, reimbursement for loss or damage is limited to the USPS coverage amount.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging and shipping box
You may be required to assist with a carrier insurance claim. Failure to provide requested documentation may void reimbursement eligibility.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.
Order Responsibility
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or carrier scanning errors after delivery confirmation.
Combined Orders
Multiple orders may be combined at our discretion. Shipping overages are not refundable unless otherwise stated.
