 Refund Policy

All items are final sale any exceptions will be issued in store credit. 

Due to the natural and unique nature of crystals, minerals, and handcrafted items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or minor natural variations (including color, texture, inclusions, or small surface imperfections).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (including the shipping box)

We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Insurance:

All packages are insured through USPS up to $100.

If your order value exceeds $100, additional shipping insurance must be purchased at checkout.

Failure to purchase additional insurance limits reimbursement to the USPS coverage amount only.

If an item is damaged in transit, the customer may be required to cooperate with the carrier’s insurance claim process.

 

Important Notes:

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, or resold.
  • Natural stones are not “perfect” — variations are part of their authenticity.
  • Claims submitted outside the stated timeframe may not be honored.
